1. Introduction and Acceptance

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in each promotion's dedicated terms. ba22 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a qualifying player's account will remain valid until its stated expiry date.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or manipulate bonus systems — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using arbitrage strategies, or placing contradictory bets to minimize risk — constitutes bonus abuse. ba22 reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts engaged in abusive behaviour, without liability.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users of ba22 are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using ba22 to process proceeds from illegal activity, or attempting to use the Platform for any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime.
• Collusion and Match Fixing: Coordinating with other players, teams, or insiders to predetermine outcomes of bets, games, or sporting events.
• Technical Exploits: Exploiting software glitches, reverse-engineering the Platform, using automated bots or scripts, or employing any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusive Conduct: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward ba22 staff or other users via any communication channel associated with the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ba22 Platform — including but not limited to the ba22 brand name, logos, design elements, game graphics, promotional materials, software code, data structures, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ba22 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from ba22.

8. Limitation of Liability
